RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) plans aligned with organizational goals.
Drive performance and cultivate talent through robust Talent Management and Organizational Design strategies.
Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, overseeing HR policies and procedures.
Spearhead facilities management initiatives, optimizing workspace efficiency and functionality.
Mitigate risks and uphold governance standards across all HCM and facilities operations.
Structured and regular meetings with direct reports to ensure clear communication and support.
Monitoring and managing performance through a robust Performance Management System.
Setting and managing performance objectives for all employees in alignment with organizational values.
Identifying and addressing Human Capital requirements to support organizational goals.
Facilitating the execution of Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for employee growth.
Cultivating a high-performance environment and leading by example.
Mentoring team members and fostering their professional development.
Leading and managing the HCM and Facilities team effectively.
Providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Establishing and managing employee engagement platforms to enhance communication and collaboration.
Building a network with local and international HR professionals to exchange best practices and insights.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology Honours Degree or Equivalent
Qualification 5 Masters in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology / Masters in
Business Administration (MBA) or Equivalent Qualification would be an advantage 4
Leadership Management Programme 3 CCMA Certificate 4 Labour Relations 3 Member of a professional board such as the SA Board for People Practices (SABPP).
