R 700 000 per annum

SUMMARY

Our client a leader in the agricultural sector, with over four decades of pioneering in the pest control solutions space, is looking to employ a Regional Sales Manager for the KZN region. In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic management of the sales team in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set sales budgets and monitor the achievement of sales
Report on activities to the National Sales Executive
Build relationships with non-key account customers
Grow the customer base
Do Trade visits
Monthly report on sales for the region
Continuous product training
Run monthly sales meetings
Manage stock requirements for the region
Manage sales agencies
Ensure merchandising is correct in the stock room and stores
Monitor and resolve complaints

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric essential
5 years sales management experience
Must have product sales experience
Must have wholesale sales experience
