Work Hours: 3PM SA time - 12 AM SA time (8AM CST - 5PM CST)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products and effectively conveying their benefits.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their needs.
3. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales, achieving and exceeding set targets.
4. Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and meet organizational objectives.
6. Conduct lead generation by building comprehensive, quality lists of potential customers

Requirements:
- Willingness to work US CST hours
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles would be an added advantage
- Ability to strive in a remote work environment
